Apple Crumble Chia Pudding

Ingredients
For Pudding
1 cup dairy free milk
1 cup apples, chopped
1 c non dairy vanilla yogurt
3 T maple syrup
1 t cinnamon
⅓ c chia seeds
For Crumble
1 cup dates, about 6-7
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup walnuts or pecans
1 t cinnamon
Dash of salt
Directions
For the pudding, combine everything together in a blender until smooth.
For the crumble, pulse ingredients in a blender until crumble consistency is reached. Do not overblend.
Once the pudding is set either overnight or for at least 2 hours, layer with crumble, and top with more nuts.
