Apple Crumble Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • For Pudding

    • 1 cup dairy free milk

    • 1 cup apples, chopped

    • 1 c non dairy vanilla yogurt

    • 3 T maple syrup

    • 1 t cinnamon

    • ⅓ c chia seeds

  • For Crumble

    • 1 cup dates, about 6-7 

    • ½ cup rolled oats

    • ½ cup walnuts or pecans

    • 1 t cinnamon

    • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. For the pudding, combine everything together in a blender until smooth.

  2. For the crumble, pulse ingredients in a blender until crumble consistency is reached. Do not overblend. 

  3. Once the pudding is set either overnight or for at least 2 hours, layer with crumble, and top with more nuts.
